Accept Your Fears and Win With The Law of Attraction

The law of attraction, in its most basic of terms, is an understanding that your reality, your experience is formed by you for your own learning experience.  This understanding about the nature of reality will be more commonly understood in the future as science continues to explore and probe into the building blocks of this and other realities but how can you use the law of attraction I your life now, what is the best way to start?  Great question..

Because many people ask me about the law of attraction: what it is, how it works and how can they use it I have come up with a three step strategy that I know works well for people in their lives.  This step-by-step process is of course based on decades of experience understand and exploring the nature of my own identity and how it relates to reality so I hope it shows you how simple it can be to get started.

How To Use The Law of Attraction Now

  1. Take 20 minutes each day to explore your thoughts..especially your fears.  Take an active interest in what you are scared of and why.  These fears are holding Remove your fears with the law of attraction stepsyour experience back and limiting what is possible for you.
  2. Keep asking yourself this question during the day: “what ideas could be causing this experience”?  and allow yourself to ponder of what comes up for you.
  3. Start to believe in yourself and your dreams again..let yourself feel what it will be like to create the life you want.

Owing to the relationship between your own thoughts and feelings and reality, taking this simple 3 step process will break down many limiting ideas and beliefs that you have about yourself and the world.  The combination of understanding your fears and allowing yourself to dream again will bring together some powerful emotional and psychic forces that could change your experience dramatically.

The Law of Attraction Responds To Fear

The process of creation is alive whether you are focusing on fears or success so it essential that you allow yourself to feel what you are scared of.  In reality, these fears were created when you a young child and probably bare little relation to your daily life however an unresolved fear can sabotage the best laid plans.

This is why it is essential when exploring the law of attraction, to focus on the fears and to remove them. I will be sharing some specific techniques to do that soon.

The key at this time to recognise that the fear is valid and so do not try to avoid it, allow yourself to feel it: by feeling the fear, you can release it.

So that is an easy plan you can start today that will help you with the law of attraction, use the 3 step process for the next week or so and allow yourself to feel your fears, you are quite safe and will feel great when they are no longer bottle up inside you.
